• Inspect property for location of gas meter and appliances. Visually inspect flues for locations, conditions and inspect ventilation
• Perform gas tightness test, inspect bonding, pipework and materials
• Visual inspection of any appliances, strip down boiler and inspect/clean flue
• Clean heat exchanger, burner, injectors and pilot assembly. Check air pressure switch hoses and clean flue Venturi, clean fan
• Reassemble boiler, replacing any seals if required
• Clean condense trap (if applicable) and Recharge pressure vessel (if applicable)
• Clean magnetic filter from any deposits
• Run boiler and check gas rate appliance at full load. Check incoming gas pressure, burner pressure and running pressure at meter
• Carry out flue gas analyser test or flue performance tests
• Check burner casing seal
• Complete boiler service certificate and ensure boiler/appliances running in perfect order
